I’ve seen this same exact girl before (but on 4chan), she was feeling self-conscious about how she should do her hair, she posted some pictures of herself with long hair (she looked pretty) and then she posted the one above, we had some mixed criticism, but the guys all said she looked better with long hair, short hair made her look too serious, too sophistimajaded and yes… pretentious.
Turns out I saved all of the pictures of her EXCEPT the one with short hair, hmm, I expected to see her pics copy-pastaed on different threads sooner or later.
